Ahhh the grilled cheese sandwich. A classic that is easy-to-make, and more than tasty. We decided to experiment with ways to upgrade your everyday grilled cheese to something a little more gourmet!

What would brie cheese be without a little wine!? This gourmet grilled cheese features an AMAZING Merlot wine sauce consisting of one cup of wine cooked in a saucepan with a tablespoon of flour to thicken up the consistency. The figs compliment the Merlot flavor, and the caramel drizzled on top takes this tasty treat from “great” to “to-die-for”!
“Jal-up-en-yo GRILLed Cheese”
Jalapenos, and avocado, and bacon- oh my! Create a different kind of fire in the kitchen with this gourmet grilled cheese. Spice things up a bit by grilling jalapenos and layin’ them on thick with sliced avocado, pepper jack cheese, and slices of crispy bacon. Time to kick things up a notch for dinner tonight!

Just because it’s not Thanksgiving, doesn’t mean that America’s favorite meal of the year can’t be loaded into today’s lunch!
