Where my Healthy Girls On The Go at?!! Now, let me here you say, “YEAH!” if this summer has made having fun so easy but working out SO HARD!!
Ahh, darlings the struggle is real, making myself workout everyday has taken A LOT of discipline and I know you all have it in you, but I thought maybe a new little PLAYLIST might help.
I think what has been helping me the most this summer with keeping up with being active and eating MAJORITY healthy meals is VARIETY…you know surprising myself and mixing it up. I run a few days a week, do a CorePower sculpt class once a week, barre, and even cross fit once a week! I think that in itself makes it a little more enjoyable. Also, trying to meet up with friends at your workouts help too!
But even if you are so BUSY, make yourself take even just 20 minutes for yourself, walk, find a youtube channel like TONE IT UP and do a quick video! Nobody said being a HEALTHY GIRL ON THE GO was easy- but SOOO worth it!
